Online Application:
  • You can apply online by logging onto SGFL or download and fill in this application form. You can then either post it to us or send it back via email at admissions@stokesfc.ac.uk

Paper Application:
  • Complete a Sixth Form College blue application form from the back of our prospectus (Click here to receive a prospectus) or print off the application form above and post it to us.

What next?

Once we have received an application from you, here's what happens next...

  • College liaison staff will visit you at your school to discuss your application
  • After your course discussion we will offer you a place on an appropriate course
  • During the summer you will receive 2 student packs full of information about college life and what to expect.
  • You will be invited to the student familiarisation event in late June/early July. These are a great chance to get a taster of college life and the subjects you may wish to take.
