The City of Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College APPROVAL IN PRINCIPLE granted by the LSC Capital Committee to relocate to new £33m college building in the UQ adjacent to University.

December 2007

First phase of redevelopment of Stoke Further Education College campus (£11m) - funding approval received from Learning and Skills Council (LSC).

December 2007

Stoke-on-Trent College of Further Education College submitted ‘In-principle’ funding proposals to the LSC for a £56m comprehensive redevelopment of their Stoke campus.

November 2007

Advantage West Midlands (AWM) endorsed funding of £4.37m to support the relocation of the Sixth Form College and construction of a new Science Centre October 2007

University Quarter Estates strategy agreed by partnership. This identified up to 55,000 square metres of new education floorspace to be developed costing around £170 million.
