College Awards Evening- 26/03/2013
On Tuesday 26th March the college warmly welcomed over 40 ex-students back into the college to celebrate their achievements and successes.
The City of Stoke on Trent Sixth Form College annual Prize Presentation Evening celebrated the successes of high-flying ex-students who left the college last summer. Over 140 students, business and proud parents attended the special awards event which was held in the college’s impressive Atrium to celebrate the students return to pick up dozens of awards sponsored by a total of 26 local industries, business bodies and leading educational establishments.
Prize Presentation Evening- 16/01/2013
Wednesday 16th January saw the first Prize Giving Presentation of 2013. The event took place in the College atrium with over 100 students, parents, guests, staff and governors in
attendance.
A total of 21 prizes were awarded to students aged between 16 and 18, some of whom have shone academically, some who have triumphed over adversity or have made extraordinary contributions to college life.

April Prize Presentation Evening
On Tuesday 5th April 2011, the college celebrated the second of two Student Prize Presentation Evenings that took place this year. Our April event recognises and celebrates the achievements and efforts of students who left us in August and have progressed to Higher Education or employment since leaving the college.

On Tuesday 18th January 2011, the college celebrated the first of two Student Prize Presentation Evenings that will take place this year. Our January event recognises and celebrates the achievements and efforts of students who are still currently studying at the college.

Diversity Day
On 3rd July, students and staff came together and took part in a number of fun activities to recognise diversity in the city and within the college community.
Fashion Photoshoot Art & Design Students
Using the E4 programme 'Skins' as their theme, BTEC National Certificate Art & Design students took on roles in a photoshoot at Staffordshire University.
Comic Relief Day
Staff and students donned their stripey pyjama's for a day of fundraising supporting Comic Relief Day 13th March.
Talented Athlete Programme
The Talented Athlete Programme (TAP) is open to all members of the college and gives students the opportunity to pursue their sporting aspirations alongside a full time academic or vocational programme.
Student VIPs
The team of Student VIPS have been selected. During the summer holidays they attended a full day of training and teambuilding exercises. Since then, they are all working hard in their capacity as student ambassadors.
Musical Genius Concert
‘Musical Genius’ was a perfect name for such a tremendous student show, the entire audience left the college whistling, humming and grinning from ear to ear… and the performers had fun too!
Jewellery Craft Workshop
BTEC National Award Art & Design students take part in a Metal Work, workshop at Staffordshire University as part of the Level Zero Project. Students designed Jewellery and artifacts based on the title ‘Kitchenalia’.
