At the City of Stoke on Trent Sixth Form College we are keen to give our students the widest possible experience of the working world. We are committed to broadening the horizons of our young people and challenging stereotypes around the world of work.
Our aim is to ensure that our students have quality encounters with employers in order to help them to identify and confirm their aspirations and career aims, giving them the best possible start. We aim to bring together employer partners with our talented students in the hope that they will provide insights, support and opportunities to our students, their future talent pipeline.
There are multiple opportunities to get involved and help inspire the next generation. Depending on your availability, you could give a short talk, assist with mock interviews, offer a short work experience placement or a longer T level work placement. Your knowledge and experience could help a young person to find their calling.

VCCP Stoke Academy’s key aims are raising awareness of advertising as a career option in the Stoke and wider Staffordshire area, as well as creating job and training opportunities. We’ve done this through the Inter-City Student Challenge, where we have partnered with sixth form colleges in the areas, as well as through the launch of an internship scheme and a range of apprenticeship opportunities. This work in Staffordshire is key for us as a business because it ensures that the talent that we have is as diverse as possible, which enables us to be able to create the best work for the brands and clients that we work with.
Whether you are an ex-student, a local professional or someone who is passionate about your work, we would love to hear from you. Please explore below the ways that you can get involved and begin an exciting partnership with Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College and our students
