Our Aim

Our aim is to ensure that our students have quality encounters with employers in order to help them to identify and confirm their aspirations and career aims, giving them the best possible start. We aim to bring together employer partners with our talented students in the hope that they will provide insights, support and opportunities to our students, their future talent pipeline.

There are multiple opportunities to get involved and help inspire the next generation. Depending on your availability, you could give a short talk, assist with mock interviews, offer a short work experience placement or a longer T level work placement. Your knowledge and experience could help a young person to find their calling.

Employer partnerships are central to our mission and values as a college. By collaborating with local, regional and national employers, we strengthen workforce development, support economic growth, and create opportunities for students to apply their learning in real-world settings. Through these collaborations, employers gain access to motivated, skilled young people while helping to shape the curriculum, experiential learning opportunities, and talent pipelines that support long-term success for both businesses and our students.

Employer partnerships help ensure our students gain relevant skills, hands-on experience, and clear pathways into meaningful careers, while providing employers with access to a pipeline of talent that will enhance their business in the short and long term.
