T Level Partnerships
T Levels, or Technical Levels, began in 2020 as a new 2-year qualification to address the growing skills gaps in students leaving education.
T Levels
Equivalent to three A Levels, these rigorous courses are ideal for students who have an interest in pursuing a career in a particular sector.
T Levels are unique as they offer students a mixture of classroom learning and ‘on-the-job’ experience during a mandatory industry placement which can be done in blocks, on a day-release basis, or a mixture of both.
What are we looking for
We are looking for forward thinking and supportive employers to partner with us with the commitment to offer Industry Placements for our students. The opportunity to put into practice the skills and knowledge that they have learned in the classroom is an essential element of the course. Therefore, support from local and regional businesses is vital.
There are numerous benefits to employers for hosting a T Level Industry Placement, including gaining new and fresh ideas, promoting your brand, developing current staff through mentoring opportunities and many more.
