Your Progress Coach

As a student at the Sixth Form College, you will be supported by a dedicated Progress Coach who will guide you throughout your academic journey. Your Progress Coach will monitor your performance, help you stay on track with your studies, and deliver engaging weekly group PPD sessions designed to enhance your learning experience.

Each term, you will have a one-on-one meeting with your Progress Coach to discuss your academic progress, attendance, and future aspirations, whether that involves university, apprenticeships, or career opportunities. These sessions provide a valuable opportunity for personalised support, goal setting, and addressing any challenges you may face.

To ensure transparency and collaboration, all progress-related information will be recorded and made accessible through CEDAR, allowing both students and parents to stay informed and engaged in your educational development.

Additionally, your Progress Coach will be available to provide guidance on study skills, time management, and personal well-being, ensuring you have the support needed to succeed at college and beyond.
