This course contains an exciting range of units that focus on the practical delivery of sport. The two year course provides the equivalent of 2 A levels (Diploma) or 3 A Levels (Extended Diploma). The course includes a mixture of practical sessions and theory lessons.
Taking the BTEC Sports Coaching and Development course is suitable for progression to university but also provides the vocational skills and experience to enter employment. This course specifically looks at developing sports skills in areas such as: Coaching, sports development and careers in the sports industry. You will be actively involved in sport and given the chance to experience a wide range of sporting activities in state-of-the-art facilities.

Our study suite of Find Your Feet tasks have been designed to give you a taster of college life and the work involved by each subject. We recommend that you complete this work so that you know what to expect in September and to help you to choose the right subjects. There is no limit on how many subjects you can try, so find your feet in our study suite.

- It is not required for you to bring any completed work with you in September, however, we would love for you to share your hard work.
